I would never abuse any staff tools and would never be verbally abusive to fellow players inside and outside of the server. I have the right mental attitude towards administration, this includes being patient and fair with players, trying to be kind to others to not stir up anger etc. and being openminded/easy to talk to if anyone is struggling.
